Offering Young People in the District great Scouting experiences is only made possible by a team of amazing volunteers. There are a wide variety of roles in Scouting, and most of them do not commit you to regular weekly attendance, but may involve once a month, or weekends. Volunteering is flexible, it is up to you how much time you put in!

Group Lead Volunteer - 43rd Salford

If you are ready to take the lead or know someone who has the drive and determination to ensure our amazing skills for life are delivered to even more young people, then please get in touch. You do not need to be a member of Scouting, or a member of 43rd Salford to be interested or apply.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
